Platform purpose

What are you accepting?

GameIn Systems is an esports registry and competition-management platform. Its purpose is to keep players, teams, organizations, venues, competitions, and agreement workflows traceable.

The platform does not create a legal entity for you. It provides a documented framework: declarations, verification states, agreement workflows, and competition results remain searchable in the system.

Data handling

Personal data and platform history

We process personal data only to operate accounts, verification, security, competition administration, and documented workflows. Your email address is not public, your birth date is private, and the ID-card number is handled only as temporary verification data.

If you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized. Platform-history records that already exist, such as competition results, agreement workflows, audit logs, and documents protecting other parties, may remain for platform integrity.

Identity

Competition identity and smurf protection

GameIn aims to keep one competition identity tied to one real person. We may use external provider accounts such as Google, Discord, Steam, or Riot, and WebAuthn-based GameIn Identity Credentials.

Identity lock requires at least three separate provider categories and at least five points. We do not collect IMEI, MAC address, advertising identifiers, or biometric templates. Your WebAuthn private key stays on your device; GameIn only verifies the cryptographic response.

Linked provider IDs or device changes are not freely replaceable: for competition integrity, we may require admin review.

Rules

Basic user commitments

• You will not create multiple accounts for the same real person.
• You will not attempt to bypass verification, competition entry, or identity systems.
• You will compete using your own linked game accounts.
• Uploaded documents and images may be used lawfully.
• You accept that security and administrative events may be logged.
